Total lifestyle coaching specialises in providing matwork pilates and small equipment bases classes in Cirencester, Cricklade, Siddington(near Cirencester) and Purton. All classes are taught by an experienced professional pilates instructor so as to ensure a high standard of instruction, supervision and expertise. One to one work and small group classes are available.

Thursday 18th Feb 7pm ONLY - Purton

Friday 19th Feb 10am - Stratton Village Hall
